微光教育成长实习计划Education Fellowship & Internship
通过教育活动、数学教学与 AI 项目参与真实工作，在实践中建立能力，并形成可验证的个人成长与职业成果。第一个真实 Mission 从亚美节（9/5）开始。 Do real work across education programs, math teaching and AI projects — build capability in practice and walk away with verifiable growth & career evidence. Your first real Mission starts at the Asian American Festival (Sept 5).

真实工作 · 成长证据这不是"招几个兼职"，而是一条闭环：申请 → 两轮培训 → 真实 Mission → 分轨 → 成长记录 → 求职资产。你带走的不是一行"在 LIGHT HOPE 实习过"，而是"你做过什么、解决过什么、产生过什么成果"。
This isn't "a few part-time gigs" — it's a loop: Apply → two trainings → a real Mission → track → Growth Record → career assets. You leave not with a line that says "interned at LIGHT HOPE," but with what you did, what you solved, and what you produced.
